Brain-teasers can sharpen our thoughts, keep them fit, and increase our problem-solving abilities. On the plus side, no matter how old we are or how many we’ve previously solved, they’re a lot of fun. The finest part is finally being able to declare, “I got it!” or “I know it!” – it gives us a surge of dopamine and all the nice feelings.
